The Beck House designed by renowned architect Philip Johnson at 10210 Strait Lane is still for sale after more than a year, reports the Dallas Morning News. Now it’s selling for a discounted $23 million, which the newspaper says is twice the assessed value of $11.3 million. Previously, it was listed for $27.5 million. Mark Lamster, Dallas Morning News architecture critic and author of the biography “The Main in the Glass House,” which will be published in November, wrote lovingly about the house here. The 11,387-square-foot home is on 6.45 acres. Notes the broker, “You can’t get Philip Johnson again.”
