A new superfood cafe is opening at Preston Hollow Village this fall. Vitality Bowls has signed an agreement with local entrepreneur Todd Stein to open three new locations of the fast-casual eatery.

The franchise has over 100 locations across the country, but their first cafe in the area will open in our neighborhood with two more Dallas locations yet to be announced.

Vitality Bowls offers bowls with fruit puree as a healthy alternative to frozen yogurt or ice cream. “The fresh ingredients and superfoods that Vitality Bowls offers are unlike any other fast-casual eatery options in Dallas,” said Stein in a statement. These açaí bowls use a variety of fruits and veggies like bananas, blueberries, kale and more.

In addition to the bowls, Vitality Bowls will serve soups, salads, juices and smoothies. The menu will include superfoods options such as camu camu, maca, and bee pollen.

Stay tuned for the official fall opening date and the opening of the two additional area Stein is opening in Dallas.
