Bask in the Opera

“The Fabric of the Opera” continues to be on view until Nov. 4 at NorthPark Center. The exhibition presents 22 costumes created for The Dallas Opera by some of the finest talents in the world.

Do Dali

Luis Martín Lecture Series in the Humanities presents “Salvador Dali and the Resurgence of Surrealism,” a Friday morning lecture series with Josh R. Rose, art history faculty, Brookhaven College, This five-part lecture series, which began in September, focuses on Dalí’s life and his impact on Surrealist ideology and art. $50 for the 5-part series; free for museum members, children under 12 and SMU faculty, staff and students. Reservations required.
