The family of the Rev. Patrick Koch, former president of Dallas’ Jesuit College Preparatory High School, is challenging his presence on a list of priests “credibly accused” of child sex abuse released by the Catholic Diocese of Dallas in late January, according to the Dallas Observer. Evidently, gamily members from across the United States, according to their attorney, contributed to the canon law appeal, which was filed with the Catholic Diocese of Dallas, the Diocese of Corpus Christi and the Vatican. Koch died in 2006.

Here’s is a list of the Preston Hollow-area priests who were named to the list as those who have been “credibly accused” of abusing children:

James Reilly, Christ the King

Vincent Malatesta, Jesuit College Preparatory School
Benjamin Smylie, Jesuit College Preparatory School, St. Rita Catholic Community
