The Melshire Estates Home Owners Association reports that the “abandoned” house at 11907 Quincy Lane is up for public auction on March 5. The house, which has long been discussed and anguished over at community meetings, is 3,046 square feet on a .4 acre lot. It features four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
