A 4,480-square-foot home, horse barn and groundskeeper’s apartment are included. Check out the photo gallery. The Advocate magazine profiled Jane Nicolais, owner of Serendipity Farms, in December 2017. She converted the ranch house into a stable and office for equine-assisted coaching. Horses were used as a tool to practice being calm and self-aware in stressful situations. At the time, horses Belle, Alex, Sheena and Clover spent their days grazing with a donkey named Ed and solving people’s problems.
