Neighbors attended the City Plan Commission on Thursday to express their concerns about PD-15, zoning and “the pink wall,” according to The Dallas Morning News. But the commission did not vote on the case, which is at the heart of the council campaign between incumbent council member Jennifer Staubach Gates and Laura Miller. We’ll have to wait until at least June 6, a month after the elections, for a vote on the proposed rezoning. The commissioners decided they needed more time to review a traffic study.
