Kitchen Dog Theater honors our unofficial ‘Mayor of Midway’

Ida Jane Bailey, our neighborhood’s unofficial “Mayor of Midway,” will be honored as a super theater patron at Kitchen Dog Theater’s “Hooch & Pooch” celebration May 11. Expect drinks, a silent auction and throwback high school dance party. The event is $40 per person or $70 per couple. In our profile of Bailey, neighbor Melissa Plaskoff commented: “She’s the mayor. She’s at the center of everything that happens here. She’s the main reason it’s been so good for so long.”
