The NorthPark Center has an intriguing exhibit and story about artist Iván Navarro. If you visit the center, you will see farm-like, wooden water barrels. But when you step inside and look up, it’s a wonderland. Navarro is from Chile then immigrated to New York in 1997. Navarro’s This Land is Your Land (2014), From Beginning to End (2014), and Nothing Will Come of Nothing (2015) incorporate neon, LED light, mirrors, text, and symbols.
