Crisp Salad Company permanently closed their doors this Tuesday, leaving the Shops at Park Lane after 6 years.
The restaurant, whose menu boasted a wide array of salads and add-ons, announced on Facebook their closing, stating “Dear friends and loyal customers – Tuesday, 7/16 will be our final day of operations. It’s been a pleasure serving you over the last several years, and we are grateful for the opportunity. We hope to see you once, perhaps twice before we close for good”. Some customers balked at the price, the thought of paying 12 dollars for a salad could make anyone hesitant, but the wide selection and fresh produce kept some customers loyal. On Tuesday the 16th, they closed their doors and sold their last salad, saying goodbye to Park Lane and their customers.
It has yet to be announced who or what will be replacing the space.
