Celebrate the end of the summer and the newly opened Northaven Trail by attending these two events! On August 10th, Friends of Northaven Trail will be hosting an informational happy hour at Slater’s 50/50. The happy hour will focus on informing the community on future plans for the Trail, volunteer opportunities, and show you the plans for the pedestrian bridge. The group will also be selling Trail merchandise along with raffle tickets to win some great prizes. Click here for more info.
Then, on August 17, join your neighbors for a Movie Night on the Trail presented by Ebby Halliday. There will be screening Disney’s The Lion King, so bring the whole family for some last-minute summer fun! Make a picnic, bring insect spray and a blanket and enjoy the movie with your friends and family! We’ll begin the movie at dusk.
