A man who was arrested for criminal trespassing last week at a Nashville gas station told police he was Mark Cuban, according to Fox 4 News. Apparently, he was asked to leave several times. First he told police he owned the station. Officers asked him for an ID. He said he didn’t have one then told police his name was  Jonathan Martinez. After police couldn’t find a record of anyone by that name, he insisted he was Mark Cuban, the owner of the Dallas Mavericks. Luckly, police didn’t buy it. The criminal’s real name was Mark Washington.
