Stores at Preston Royal Village, which were affected by the tornado, are making alternate plans.
- Interabang Books, which has asked customers to make orders online and attend book signings at Highland Park United Methodist Church, the Dallas Institute for Humanities and Culture and Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church, announced it would open a temporary store at 5600 West Lovers Lane (where the Capezio used to be) in mid-November.
- The Toy Maven plans to open a temporary space at the Northeast corner of Preston and Forest next to Corner Bakery.
- Royal China, Sur La Table and Ballard Designs didn’t sustain major damage but were waiting on getting back their power.
- Tom Thumb has full power now.
- Neuhaus Cafe and Flower Child are open.
- AT&T Store is closed, but you can visit the Park Lane location at 9100 North Central Expressway.
- Spec’s is closed temporarily.
- Spa Habitat and Lily Rain are open.
- The US Post Office is open.
- Central Market is rebuilding.
