Indulge in the season with Princi Italia’s special white truffle menu

Princi Italia Chef Kevin Ascolese has created a special menu featuring white truffles from Alba, Italy. The menu features the truffles through Dec. 23 or when the supply runs out. The ingredient is also featured on the Christmas Eve menu. Christmas Eve dishes with truffles include:

• San Marzano tomato basil bisque with crab meat, white truffle and parmesan crostini.
• Tortellini Fonduta Aragosta with lobster, white truffle, parmigiana reggiano and truffle butter.
• Beef tenderloin and Texas Gold shrimp.
• Roasted Alaskan Halibut Picatta.
