Chef Avner Samuel of Nosh Bistro is preparing a special menu for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. On Tuesday, Dec. 24, diners can enjoy a four-course, prix-fixe menu for $75 a person, including:
- Lobster bisque
- Wild mushroom and roasted chestnut ravioli
- Oven roasted rack of lamb, served with squash souffle and mint cranberry syrup
- Bourbon pecan tart, topped with cinnamon chocolate mousse and candied kumquat
A special New Year’s Eve menu includes the following:
Starters:
- Foie gras falafel
- Butter warm jumbo lump crab-lobster saffron cappuccino
Mains:
- Prime filet of beef wellington, served with black winter truffle sauce
- Roasted Texas quail filled with black winter truffles, served with creamy Israeli Couscous
Sweets:
- 24 karat gold dark chocolate dome — Belgium chocolate mousse, pistachio cream, roasted chestnuts
- Poached D’Anjou pear — triple cream cheese, crispy granola, Almond Tuile
