Things to do: Indulge in Owen and Luke Wilson movies while sheltering in place

While you’re sheltering in place because of the coronavirus, take time to indulge in films starring brother actors Owen and Luke Wilson, who grew up in Preston Hollow and attended St. Mark’s. Their mom, photographer Laura Wilson, still lives in Preston Hollow.

“Bottle Rocket”: In Wes Anderson’s first feature film, Anthony (Luke Wilson) has just been released from a mental hospital, only to find his wacky friend Dignan (Owen Wilson) is determined to begin an outrageous crime spree.
“The Royal Tenenbaums” is a 2001 comedy-drama directed by Wes Anderson and co-written with Owen Wilson. Royal Tenenbaum and his wife Etheline had three children and then they separated. All three children are geniuses.
