Nancy Perot, owner of Interabang Books and the oldest daughter of Ross Perot, is showing incredible resilience, according to this profile by Michael Granberry at the Dallas Morning News. After her store at Preston and Royal was destroyed by the Oct. 20 tornado, she re-opened at a new location at 5600 West Lovers Lane. Now the coronavirus has her closing the store temporarily. Born in Dallas, Nancy attended St. Michael’s, which is now the Episcopal School of Dallas, before graduating from The Hockaday School. In the story, she say the tornado showed her that “the worst thing that ever happened to us has managed to produce several silver linings.”
