Dallas gyms, studios and clubs are closed due to the coronavirus, but many offer virtual classes and videos. Here are a few in the neighborhood for those of you who want to support local businesses:
1. YMCA Online Classes
The YMCA is offering “Virtual Fitness With The Y” online. Y Members get free access to a library of Les Mills workouts to do in the comfort of your home. It includes 900 workouts and 13 formats, including classes for kids age 2 to 16. They also offer Virtual Personal Training with certified personal trainers including check ins, written workouts, consultations and virtual personal training sessions through facetime.
2. Cooper Fitness Classes
- Workout of the Day by professional fitness trainers through Cooper Quest wellness program posted on the members-only Facebook group, “Cooper Member Community.“ One workout per week will also be posted on this page.

3. Orange Theory Fitness
“Orange Theory at Home“ features a daily 30-minute video workout.
4. Pure Barre
“Pure Barre on Demand” provides access to workouts anytime, anywhere. It’s $29.99 a month, but you can start a free trial.
5. Studio 6 Fitness
Studio 6 Fitness features Mega Move at Home on Instagram and other at-home workouts, such as this plank to pike with paper plates.
6. Burn Dallas
Burn Dallas posted a Burn 28 Band Workout on Instagram. You can find more workout videos on its Facebook page.
7. Core Pilates Dallas
Core Pilates Dallas offers group classes via Zoom. Ask to join on its Facebook page.
