The Texas Women’s Foundation is launching a six-part virtual series about issues impacting women’s economic security and leadership. This series, which celebrates the organization’s Maura Women Helping Women and Young Leader Award recipients, includes industry experts and thought leaders. The first one is Wednesday, May 27, at 10 a.m. and features educator, innovator and entrepreneur Jennifer Stimpson. She began her career as a forensic chemist with the Drug Enforcement Agency and is now an award-winning educator teaching middle school science at The Hockaday School.
