Here’s some good news after a tough weekend: Botolino Gelato Artigianale is reopening today, more than two months after temporarily closing because of the coronavirus pandemic.
The locations on Greenville Avenue and Royal Lane will be open for takeout only. After a few weeks, the eatery will reopen for regular service, owner Carlo Gattini said in a Facebook post.
Although restaurants could remain open for takeout and delivery, the gelateria decided to close March 20 at the onset of the pandemic.
“We’ve missed serving you gelato, and we are excited to be back at work,” Gattini said.
