After eight months, a Park Lane estate in Dallas sold for over $10 million, making it one of the highest in the city this year, the Dallas Morning News reported.

The home is around 17,000 square feet, has five bedrooms and five bathrooms along with numerous amenities such as a media room, exercise room and library, the publication reported.

Around the 2-acre property, there are walking trails, a putting green, a bridge and pool. Former owner and Dallas real estate executive Cliff Fischer used to house his car collection in the 10-car garage included with the home, the publication reported.

The home took Allie Beth Allman & Associates agent Brenda Sandoz eight months to sell. Find more photos of the house on Zillow.

The last sale this big was a $28 million home on Strait Lane purchased by Dallas developer Mehrdad Moayedi of Crescent Estates Custom Homes in December, the publication reported.
