People have had a lot of time to work on their golf game during quarantine, and Jesuit alum and pro golfer Jordan Spieth has advice that might change the way you play.

The PGA Tour posted a video on Twitter asking Spieth if there was one thing he knew now about the game that he wishes he knew in the past, reported Golf.

His answer was simple: don’t take yourself too seriously. Spieth says he wishes he had the same mentality as when he was a junior player. He had fun and played as much as he could, reported Golf.

Spieth says golf becomes challenging when he takes it too seriously.

Spieth will play in the RBC Heritage Classic in Hilton Head, SC this weekend. Let’s see if he takes his advice to heart.
