Ameriprise Financial, an international financial services firm, is relocating its North Dallas office.
The Minnesota-based firm leased almost 11,000 square feet in the Terraces at Douglas Center building at 5960 Berkshire Lane, The Dallas Morning News reported.
Ameriprise Financial is moving out of a smaller office east of the North Central Expressway near Presbyterian Hospital. Their new office in Preston Center will include a 2,000-square-foot outdoor terrace.
“Our branch has experienced significant growth over the last five years as top advisers from across the industry have joined us,” said Ameriprise branch manager Blake Harris in a statement. “Our new office location in Preston Center will position us to continue to attract high-quality talent here in Dallas and provide exceptional service to our clients.”
Travis Boothe and Mike Wyatt of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease with Jeff Wood and T.D. Briggs of JLL, the publication reported.
