Homeowners Justin Kettler and Tim Loecker are selling their 7,851 square foot Preston Hollow home on 10409 Epping Lane, reported Dallas Morning News.

This five-bedroom, five-bathroom and two half bathroom house is listed by Meridith Hayes of Compass Real Estate for $3,395,000 and is one of many of the homeowner’s experiments, reported the site.

The couple started flipping homes nearly 20 years ago after they renovated and sold Kettler’s first home. The pair did not have careers in flipping homes. Kettle worked in corporate finance and Loecker had a career in public relations, but they continued renovating homes. Eventually, in 2012 they teamed up with contractor Hayes Signature Homes to start building houses. In 2016 Kettler left corporate finance, and they began JT Design Eye. Loecker left public relations in early 2020, reported the Dallas Morning News.

The couple lives in every house they build, and this Epping Lane property has been their home during the pandemic. The home is on 0.65 acres and includes a pool and indoor-outdoor cabana. The floor plan has flexible spaces that can function as more than one room. There is a wet bar in the kitchen attached to a breakfast nook that can also function as prep space, a study can double as a living room, and there is an additional laundry room, living room, and dry bar on the second-floor, reported the site.

Loecker and Kettler are selling the home and starting on another that they will live in.
