The Plaza at Preston Center is getting a new wine bar and market. Trova Wine + Market sells wine, imported foods and has a deli counter bar. The market also has tastings and classes, reported Culture Map.

Owner Michelle Bond wants to make the market a place people can enjoy wine and food or shop for gifts, reported Culture Map.

Bond got the idea when she was living in Chicago. She would shop at places similar to what she has created with Trova Wine + Market. She also traveled to Argentina, where she experienced the culture behind food and wine, reported the article.

Bond wanted to open a unique place and found that opening her store in the plaza gave people a place where they could sit down and have a drink. Bond says the market and wine bar menu will consist of sandwiches, salads, toasts, cheeseboards, marinated olives, and a tartare. They will try to find organic and local farms to buy products from, reported Culture Map.

Trova will have a signature drink called the Vermouth spritz, but the wine menu will change consistently, reported Culture Map.

Trova Wine + Market is opening on July 16.
