Neiman Marcus is closing 17 of its Last Call stores, including the one at Inwood Village. The retailer plans to completely shut down its Last Call operations, but a few outlet stores will remain open to manage clearance items, the Dallas Morning News reported.

Neiman Marcus intends to keep five of the off-price stores open for clearance matters: one in Florida, two in California and two in Texas — Grapevine Mills Mall and San Marcos Outlets.

The retailer, which is expected to emerge from bankruptcy protection in early September, announced in March that it would shut down the Last Call division sometime in the fall to focus more on full-price branding. This choice will result in over 750 job losses once stores close this fall, the newspaper said.
