The neighborhood has raved about the Tex-Mex restaurant Muchacho ever since it debuted in Preston Center last November. Now chef Omar Flores is taking his concept to Southlake.
Muchacho will have a second location in Southlake Town Square later this year. The acclaimed eatery will find its home in the former Snuffer’s location in the center, the Dallas Morning News reported.
Flores is a two-time James Beard nominated chef who first received praise for his concept Casa Rubia in Trinity Groves. That restaurant closed, but Flores stays busy with Muchacho and his launch of Whistle Britches in North Dallas and Plano.
