Photographer Lisa Davis documented everything from politics to live music in Austin from about 1978 to 1995.

More than 29,000 images comprise her archives at the Austin History Center, which are being digitized. The center began rolling out images from the collection to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the photographer’s death.

The digitized collection so far includes these two photos of Preston Hollow resident and former President George W. Bush in 1994, when he was the Governor of Texas.
