To enter a salon, or not to enter a salon? In recent weeks, people have questioned whether or not getting pampered during a pandemic is safe.

1. Dallas Center for Dermatology and Aesthetics

Dallas Center for Dermatology and Aesthetics at 8201 Preston Road has been open since May 4. While asking for customers’ patience during new and scary times, this center has a lengthy list of protocols in place, including:

  • Hug-free zone
  • No guests allowed
  • Mask requirements
  • Touch-free paperwork
  • Protective equipment for staff (PPE)

Located in NorthPark Center, Renew Beauty Med Spa & Salon has also been open since May 4. The salon is offering appointments for hair, Botox, B6/12 immunity boosts, lip and cheek injections and spa and laser services. Renew Beauty is providing curbside pickup, product shipping and sanitation measures for in-store appointments, including:

  • Health screenings and temperature checks
  • Social distancing
  • Mask requirements
  • Limited customer capacity
  • Increased sanitation during and after client services

At 6170 Sherry Lane, Bella MD is open and offering all of its regular services, including Botox, product sales, facials, vein therapy and more. Here’s what to expect upon entering the center:
