It may be hard to maintain good portion control while in quarantine, but Asian Mint is helping you feel a lot less guilty. To wrap up the summer, Asian Mint is offering a limited menu with shirataki noodle dishes. Shirataki noodles contain no carbs and are low in calories.

Shirataki noodles come from fiber from the root of a konjac plant, native to east and southeast Asia. These noodles absorb water and move slowly down the digestive tract to give the consumer a feeling of fullness. Shirataki noodles are said to have many health benefits, including improving gut health, as well as blood sugar and insulin levels.

The five dishes available with shirataki noodles include the pad see ew, the Asian noodle salad, the kua kai, the pad kee mow and the pad thai.

Customers who order a shirataki noodle dish will receive a free Dallas Mavericks T-shirt, to celebrate the resuming of the NBA season.

Asian Mint is currently open for curbside pickup.
