Dallas Mavericks icon and retired basketball star Dirk Nowitzki has put his Preston Hollow property back on the market after he bought it in October 2019.
At 5906 Deloache Avenue, the property is listed for $6 million with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. The home sits on 4.4 acres.
Nowitzki purchased the property in 2019 for $5.75 million.
“Nowitzki bought the Preston Hollow Estate previously owned by the late Dallas billionaire Charles Wyly,” The Dallas Morning News wrote about Nowitzki’s property in 2019. “The four-bedroom house was built in 1939 and has five living areas, nine bathrooms, a commercial-size kitchen, an elevator and an indoor lap pool.”
