One of Preston Center’s staple commercial properties just hit the market.

The 20-story Sherry Lane Place tower, east of the North Dallas Tollway near Douglas Avenue, is up for sale.

Built in 1982, the office tower is one of the most well-known buildings in Preston Center. Standing at 300,000 square-feet, the tower is known for its popular Park Cities Club on an upper floor.

A New-York based real-estate investment partnership has owned the tower since 2006; Cushman & Wakefield is marketing it to prospective buyers.

Several major commercial buildings have recently hit the market, according to the Dallas Morning News. These buildings include the renown Crescent complex and the Renaissance Tower downtown.
