Land planning authority Masterplan is assisting Forest Park Development, LLC to bring a single-family residential development to 5639 Forest Lane in Preston Hollow.
A request for a Planned Development District is in the works to build 33 single-family, two-story residences in a gated community, according to the Melshire Estates homeowner’s association.
Young Nak Korean Presbyterian Church of Dallas previously developed the property before vacating the site in 2010.
The homes are planned to be around 2,800 to 3,1000 square feet and cost around $1 million each.
