It’s finally happening! The Real Housewives of Dallas returned this past Tuesday with new cast member, Preston Hollow neighbor Dr. Tiffany Moon.

Moon, who works at UT Southwestern Medical Center, joins Brandi RedmondD’Andra SimmonsKameron WestcottKary Brittingham and Stephanie Hollman on the Bravo TV series, where she, according to a release from Bravo, “struggles to find the balance between her demanding job as a frontline worker during the pandemic and being a wife and a mother to her five-year-old twin girls.”

Previously making cameos in the series, Moon joins the cast after Preston Hollow neighbor LeeAnne Locken’s departure. Locken left the series after a controversial season, where she received criticism for racist remarks directed at Brittingham. Locken apologized on social media for her comments, and Brittingham and Locken have since reconciled.

Locken told People that she is “looking forward to stepping away from the cameras and spending quality time with my husband and friends, traveling, but most importantly, getting back to philanthropy, which was my main reason for joining the show.”

When Locken left, we thought that The Real Housewives were also leaving Preston Hollow, but then Moon came in to save the day.

On Instagram, Moon stated that she was “beyond thrilled and honored” to be joining the series. She specifically highlighted that she is the first first-generation Asian-American and doctor on the franchise.

So, grab a wine glass, a nice merlot and your tv remote to celebrate the return of the show and our neighbor, Dr. Tiffany Moon!

The Real Housewives of Dallas airs Tuesdays on Bravo at 8pm CST.
