There are two COVID-19 vaccination sites in Preston Hollow.
Doughertys Pharmacy and James Pfister M.D. Family Practice are both offering the first dose of the Moderna vaccine.
The vaccine is in limited supply and is being given first to certain groups of healthcare workers, long-term care staff working directly with vulnerable residents, EMS providers and residents of long-term care facilities.
Some doses may be available for people older than 65 or people at least 16 who are at increased risk for severe illness due to chronic medical conditions.
Doughertys Pharmacy is located at 5959 Royal Lane. James Pfister M.D. is located at 10218 Midway Road.
