A North Texas-based investment and development company and a private equity firm have purchased a warehouse and headquarters formerly owned by Tuesday Morning.

M2G Ventures and Pennybacker Capital LLC announced the purchase in a Jan. 19 release. The purchase, along with a $110 million asset-backed lending facility provided by J.P. Morgan and other banks, helps Tuesday Morning exit bankruptcy. The retailer filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in May 2020.

The distribution facility, located at Inwood Road and S. Beltwood Parkway in Farmers Branch, spans 1.19 million square feet. The headquarters, located at 6250 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, adds another 105,000 square feet of real estate.

M2G owns several other properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including the Bogart, a 50,000-square-foot mixed-use office project on Ross Avenue, and a 112,000-square-foot space at 3200 Irving Blvd.
