CBRE Global Investors acquired Sherry Lane Place, an office building in Preston Center. The price tag for the deal comes in at $120 million. J.P. Morgan Asset Management sold the property.

The building is on top of a four-level parking garage and was fully upgraded in 2020, adding a fitness center, cafe and conference area. CBRE plans to revamp the property even further, hoping to include COVID-19-concious design, according to Commercial Property Executive.

The space joins CBRE’s growing portfolio as the brand moves forward with its industrial-focused strategy.
