Burst pipes? Damaged roof? Need shelter or food? Let the City of Dallas know

The City of Dallas is trying to assess the needs of residents in the wake of the winter storm.

Those who need housing, food or other necessities are asked to fill out this survey if they’re unable to travel to get food and water from the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Downtown.

The city also wants residents to fill it out to notify them of burst pipes, damaged homes, downed tree limbs that need immediate attention, and any other problems they want the city to know about.
