The gold Campbell Centre buildings are under new ownership, the Dallas Morning News reported.
Included in the two 20-story office towers, originally built in the 1970s, is almost 900,000 square feet of space.
Details of the sale weren’t released, but the last time the buildings at Northwest Highway and North Central Expressway were sold, the price tag was more than $125 million.
The previous owner of the towers, a New York investor, acquired them in 2016.
