The second annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas is returning to Preston Hollow this September. This years featured Georgian- style house is 11,259 square feet and sits on 1.4 acres of land. The home located at 5138 Deloache Avenue consists of six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two half baths, two kitchens, a wine cellar, theater, sunroom and a pool, according to Paper City.

A total of twenty-nine designers will be chosen from across the country including some from Dallas and other parts of Texas to transform the home.
The Dallas Show House is open to the public September 24 through October 25. General admission tickets are available online and cost $40. The event benefits the Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club along with Dallas nonprofit Dwell with Dignity.
