Animals from the Dallas Zoo are paying a visit to the Galleria soon.

The zoo is partnering with the Galleria throughout the month. There’s a display called Create a Better World for Animals, and the Galleria is taking part in the PALS Kids Club program with trivia and activities for kids.

But the main event will happen at 11 a.m. July 24, when the Animal Adventures Outreach team from the zoo brings animals to the mall. Penguins, porcupines, anteaters and owls are among the list of 40 critters that the zoo uses to help teach students about wildlife.

The free event will happen on level 3 near the entrance to the children’s play place, which reopens to the public after being closed since the beginning of the pandemic.

Galleria Dallas is located at 13350 Dallas Parkway.Â
