Here’s another cool treat to add to your late-summer list.

Liberty Burger added a key lime pie milkshake to its menu.

It’s made with vanilla custard, graham crackers and fresh lime juice, plus a dollop of whipped cream, sprinkle of crushed grahams and a lime wheel.

The milkshake costs $6 and can be ordered online.

Liberty Burger is owned by siblings Mariel and Marco Street, the children of Black Eyed Pea founder Gene Street.

Another of their restaurants, Street’s Fine Chicken, is in the same location as the original Black Eyed Pea on Cedar Springs Road. That location has added a key lime martini (see below). Their bar, Roy G’s on Cedar Springs, added a “pie in the sky” frozen drink.

“Some of the family spent the start of the summer in Key West and raved about their adventure finding the best key lime pie around,” Liberty Burger CEO Mariel Street said in a media release. “Between the rest of the siblings, we each came up with our own spin on the flavor and really can’t decide which is our favorite.”
