Students at Preston Hollow’s St. Mark’s School of Texas were part of a recent philanthropic act.

The school’s Gendercide Awareness Project club collected books for the Asian Culture and Education Society, which donated a variety of items to the Plano Police Department.

The items included 4,000 face masks, 50 security cameras, clothes vitamins and cleaning supplies in addition to the books, the Dallas Morning News reported.

Plano police officers will give the items to victims of crime.

The Asian Culture and Education Society is an organization that holds fundraisers, promotes community culture and hosts educational events.
