Michael Nesmith has a lot to share about his life.
He opened up to Paul Heckmann in a recent interview.
Nesmith, a member of The Monkees band and TV show, was born in Houston but moved to Dallas with his mother, a Christian Scientist, when he was a kid. Their house was somewhere near Lovers Lane and Roper Street.
In the interview, the Thomas Jefferson High School alumnus talks about everything from growing up without a father and weekend trips to Rockwall to his introduction to music as a young boy.
The interview is included in a podcast published by the Memories of Dallas. Listen to it here.
