Ten seniors at St. Mark’s School of Texas were recognized for their high test scores and GPAs.

The College Board recognized the students as National African American Recognition Program Scholars and National Hispanic Recognition Program Scholars.

Each of them scored in the top 10% of Texas students who took the PSAT/NMSQT and had a GPA of at least 3.5 by the middle of their junior year.

“It’s essential that African American students here at St. Mark’s recognize that this school puts them in the best position possible to succeed later in life,” said senior Bryce Nivet in a St. Mark’s article. “Recognitions like this are merely smaller achievements that reward us for staying on the path to our larger goal.”

The National African American Recognition Program Scholars are:

  • Enoch Ellis
  • Grant Jackson
  • Bryce Nivet
  • Ralph Steele

The National Hispanic Recognition Program Scholars are:
