Thomas Jefferson High School’s Michael Nesmith will be performing in a concert tonight.
Billed “An Evening with The Monkees,” he and Micky Dolenz will take the stage to perform songs that span the band’s career.
In 2020, Nesmith and Dolenz released their first-ever live album, “The Monkees Live – The Mike and Micky Show.” It features many of the band’s top songs, including “I’m a Believer,” “Daydream Believer” and “Me & Magdalena.”
The Monkees played in Dallas in March 2020 at the Majestic.
The show will be held at the Texas Trust CU Theatre in Grand Prairie. Doors open at 7 p.m. Tickets are available here.
