The Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas has chosen a Preston Hollow home to renovate this year, and it’s now open to the public.

It’s a Georgian estate that features over 11,000 square feet of living space. The home, located at 5138 Deloache Ave. in the Sunnybrook Estates neighborhood, includes six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and two half bathrooms, as well as a wine cellar, theater and pool.

A group of 26 designers transformed the home, and each was given about seven weeks to finish their assigned spaces.

The public is now invited to tour the home. Proceeds from the fundraiser support Dwell with Dignity, a local nonprofit that helps families escape poverty and homelessness, and The Crystal Charity Ball, which supports children’s charities in Dallas County, as well as the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club.

Last year, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House in Dallas was also located in our neighborhood.

Tickets to tour the house are available here for $40. It’s open 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Sunday through Oct. 24. Free parking and transportation to and from the house is available. More information can be found here.
