Ursuline Academy was awarded the 2021 Wisdom’s Hope Award at Bryan’s House Pathways to Inclusion Luncheon on Sept. 23.
According to Bryan’s House Facebook page, the Wisdom’s Hope Award recognizes leaders in the community “for their dedication to Bryan’s House and the Dallas community.”
Ursuline and Bryan’s House have been partners for years in connection to the academy’s Senior Service Program.
Through the Senior Service Program, Ursuline seniors are paired with a special needs child at Bryan’s House for volunteer service.
The Wisdom’s Hope Award was named in honor of a child with special medical needs named Wisdom whose family was homeless. He gained housing and stability through Bryan House’s Family Supportive Services Program.
