A bakery in our neighborhood is helping neighbors get in the Halloween spirit.
J. Rae’s, located at The Pavilion on Lovers Lane, is selling cookie-decorating kits for the occasion.
Included in the $35 box are nine cookies: three each of pumpkins, ghosts and candy corn. Plus, it comes with three bags of icing and three decorative sugar packets.
Kits are available Oct. 18-30 and can be picked up in store. Call 214-654-0833 to reserve a box.
For the neighbors who prefer to skip the decorating, Halloween-themed sugar cookies are some of the many sweet treats available for purchase at the bakery.
