Mark Cuban and Live Nation announced the opening date and name change for their new club in the Design District.

The club had been referred to as The HiFi. Now, when it opens Nov. 1, the club will be called The Echo Lounge & Music Hall. Cuban told The Dallas Morning News they decided on the change because of a “trademark issue.”

The Advocate reported in June that the club was set to open in August.

It will be the smallest club Live Nation will own and operate, and it has a capacity of 1,000.

According to a press release, the club wants to host local and touring artists.

“I’m super excited for the opening of the Echo Lounge & Music Hall,” Cuban said in the release. “This takes the Design District to the next level in its move towards being an entertainment destination. And, with the tunnel between the American Airlines Center side and Design District side of the highway being finished, it will be an exciting post game place to have fun and see live shows.”

The Echo Lounge & Music Hall is located at 1323 N. Stemmons.Â
